GULF MARINE CONTRACTORS ANNOUNCES NEW LOGISTICS MANAGER FOR NORTH AMERICA

(Houston, Texas) Gulf Marine Contractors is proud to welcome Charlie Labastida as their new Logistics Manager for North America. Mr. Labastida will oversee and manage all freight-forwarding and international transport for GMC.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the international freight forwarding industry, Mr. Labastida has dedicated his time and energy to becoming an expert in the logistics field. Before joining the GMC team, he worked as Vice President of Operations at ISS Palumbo where his extensive knowledge of all transportation modes allowed him to contribute to projects all over the world successfully. Mr. Labastida holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Trade and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He is also bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

When he's not working, Mr. Labastida loves spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and movies. He also enjoys sports, especially cheering for his favorite soccer team, FC Barcelona.
